Can Suitees customize the branding of their Suite, such as colors and logos?

  • Yes, Core, Scale, or Scale Elite Suitees can fully customize their branding, including colors (using hex codes) and logos.

  • Pro Suitees have a selection of default Purple, Blue, Green, or Yellow to choose from.

  • Strip and Lite Suitees cannot customize their branding; the default color is Blue.

What is Porting?

In Suite, "porting a number" means transferring your phone number from one provider to another. Basically, it’s like moving your existing number over to Suite so you can use it for calls and texts within the system.

Now, porting involves a couple of steps to check if the number can be moved. They'll need to fill out the form and then wait for approval, which can take a few days or even up to a few weeks. If they're in a hurry, grabbing a new number directly through Suite might get them set up faster.

Here's what they'll need:

  • Letter of Authorization Form: [Link to form] (Click on File on the top right > Download > PDF. It must be a PDF file and can’t exceed 4MB).

  • Landline & Toll-Free Numbers To Be Ported: (Put N/A if none).

  • Wireless Phone Number To Be Ported.

  • Wireless Number's Account Number.

  • Wireless Number's Pin or Last 4 Digits of SSN.

  • Most Recent Phone Billing Statement: A scanned or electronic copy (must be a PDF and can’t exceed 4MB).

The process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks for standard porting.

In Suite, A2P registration makes sure your business is recognized as a legitimate sender, which helps reduce the chance of your messages being flagged as spam and improves the chances they'll be delivered smoothly. It also ensures that your messages follow regulations and helps phone carriers verify that your business is a trusted sender.

The approval process for A2P registration can take about 3-5 business days.

Can I view the Suite on my phone or iPad?

Yes, they can access the Suite on their phone or iPad by using Safari or Chrome. Just go to app.thepracticesuite.com, and they're good to go.
